SHIPPING ORIGIN — NEXvials orders ship from in-stock inventory located in Michigan, USA.

ORDER PROCESSING — Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business days generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on carrier-observed holidays generally ship the next business day.

TRACKING — Tracking information is emailed when the shipping label is created. Carrier scans may not appear immediately.

TRANSIT TIME — Delivery estimates begin after carrier acceptance and are not guaranteed by NEXvials.

STANDARD SHIPPING — Standard domestic shipping: $6.95.

FREE SHIPPING — Free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $100+.

EXPRESS SHIPPING — Express shipping: $15.

LOST SHIPMENT — If tracking indicates a shipment may be lost, contact NEXvials support. We will review the tracking information and work toward resolution.

DELIVERED BUT NOT FOUND — Check the delivery location, household members, nearby safe locations, and carrier tracking before contacting support.
